At Pine Street Clinic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local authorized carrier; once received at our clinic, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
